Santa Barbara County is one of California's most spectacular wine regions and provides local vintners with high-quality grapes, which allow for a wide range of flavors. Varieties include Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Sauvignon Blanc. In addition, there are many specialty blends, such as Albariño, Mourvedre, Grenache Blanc, and Nebbiolo.
