Reservations
All reservations made require a credit card to guarantee the reservation. Some reservations may require a credit card deposit.
Taxes
Transient occupancy tax of 10% is in addition to the quoted room rate.
Room Reservations:
If you wish to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours prior to 4 pm the
day of arrival. Failing to cancel prior to that time, or failing to show,
will result in a charge equal to the first night's stay to your credit
card plus tax. Longer cancellation periods may apply during special events
or holiday weekends.
Golf and/or Spa Packages:
If you wish to cancel, please do so at least 72 hours prior to 4 pm the
day of arrival. Failing to cancel prior to that time, or failing to show,
will result in a charge equal to the first night's stay plus all green
fees to your credit card plus tax.
Children & Extra Occupants
Children 17 and under stay free when sharing a room with an adult.
Pet Policy
We are a “Pet Free” property. For those guests housing a pet without management approval, a $50.00 cleaning fee will be assessed to the room.
Check In: Guaranteed 3:00 PM - Early check in is subject to room availability.
Check Out: Noon – Late check out is subject to management approval.
