The Lucian Room comes with all the audio visuals you'll need
for your presentation, including a television, VCR,overhead projector,
blackboard, white board, flip chart, wall screen and podium. Additional
audio visual equipment may be rented for an additional charge, or you
may provide your own equipment. $220.00 daily rental fee will
be waived if more than 10 guest rooms are booked.
Cancellation policy: Meeting space is considered
definite 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations after this time will
be subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.
Meeting room is for use only by groups that have
the majority of their
guests staying overnight at the hotel. This is due to limited
parking
facilities. Management may occasionally make exceptions during
periods of
lower occupancy.
Meeting room is available anytime during the week, except during times of high occupancy. Meeting room is not available until 12pm on weekends due to the room being used as overflow seating for the continental breakfast.
Meetings should go no later than 9pm in consideration of the other hotel guests.
We do not provide facilities for weddings or wedding receptions.
Ice Water - No charge Coffee-$7.00/pot Sodas or Water - $1.00
Continental Breakfast - $7.50/person - This includes coffee, hot water for tea, juices and pastries. This will be setup in the back of the meeting room. |
